The Construction Division of the Arco Vara Group is engaged in both civil engineering and environmental construction.

Arco Ehitus OÜ offers flexible and customer-friendly solutions. The high quality of our work, the excellent know-how of our employees and the flexible customer service are based on more than 40 years of experience. The company evolved from Deena Ehituse OÜ. The latter was the successor of construction company REV established with the Ministry of Service in which about 550 people were employed in its three departments. The second department concentrated on repair and construction work and was widely renowned for its good-quality work. The company has been the main contractor for the building and restoration of many of the important cultural and social objects, such as: Estonia Theatre, Estonian Drama Theatre, Toompea Castle. Today three former REV employees work for Arco Ehituse OÜ and their experience and know-how of about 40 years are a great asset to the company.
Arco Ehitus has expanded to Latvia where it offers construction work both in civil engineering and environmental construction.
