Appraisal

Arco Vara has been active in real estate appraisal (real estate valuation) since 1994. We have entered into appraisal agreements with all Estonian, and the majority of Latvian credit institutions. Our key accounts include several corporations and international auditing companies. Thus, we can assure you that our real estate appraisal is considered a reliable and accepted service of the market.

We offer our clients expert assessment of real estate:

• to determine the purchase and sale transaction price 
• to determine the amount of building lease charge 
• to determine the amount of rental 
• to identify the market value of loan guarantees

The appraisers working for Arco Vara have long-term experience in appraising real estate and are members of the Estonian Association of Appraisers. All expert assessments issued are certified by an appraiser attested by the Estonian Association of Appraisers, Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Estonian Banking Association.  

The valuation reports of Arco Vara are accepted by all Estonian credit institutions.
