1. Oral booking, up to 1 week
The documentation regarding the apartments (position plan, apartment plans, interior finishing etc) are given for the customer to familiarise themselves with it.
In case of buying an apartment, a pre-contractual record of the contract of purchase and sale or a notarial contract under the law of obligations is signed with the customer. The booking fee of 5% is paid. The selection of interior finishing materials is fixed.
3. Apartment’s review and transfer of possession
3.1. The date of the review of the apartment is agreed with the customer. During the review, the observed disadvantages are fixed in a review act together with the deadline for the removal of the faults.
3.2. After the acceptance of the construction works at the apartment by the purchaser (the faults have been fixed) the conclusion of a notarial real right contract is agreed upon. Before entering into the real right contract, the purchaser is transferred the direct possession of the apartment, the keys and the indications on indicating metres are written down.
4. Notarial real right contract
after the finalisation of the apartment and acceptance of the construction works by the customer, a notarial real right contract is agreed upon. The purchaser pays the rest of the apartment ownership cost. In the land register, a note is made on the change of owner.
All notarial fees and state fees in relation to the purchase-sale transaction shall be paid by the purchaser.
