Foundation: the building has a monolithic concrete strip foundation.
External walls: the walls are built of Columbia-Kivi small blocks and insulated with 150-200 mm insulation from the outside. External finishing materials are on Ladva St 4a building mineral structural rendering and on Ladva St 3a building façade boarding of special width.
Internal walls: Apartments’ internal walls are gypsum plate walls on a metal frame with mineral wool insulation.
Intermediary ceilings: of reinforced concrete hollow blocks, on which there is a levelled layer of concrete on mineral wool to dampen stepping noise.
Staircase: a staircase of prefabricated concrete stairs. The corridor part is of concrete panels and covered with full mass tiling.

Heating: heat supply on the basis of district heating. Dwelling room and general room heating with stationary water radiators, equipped with thermo regulators. Water heated underfloor water heating in wet rooms.
Ventilation: mechanical ventilation system, with mechanic outflow from kitchen and bathroom and fresh air through the external wall’s air grating. The air outflow through ventilation passes the heat exchanger and the heat transmitted is used for the apartments’ floor heating and to pre-heat warm water. Electricity: Apartments’ electricity metres are located in the building’s heat assembly. Apartments have also the apartment’s electricity cabinet. There are also sockets, switches and washing rooms’ ceiling lighting.
Weak current: Apartments have TV and data communication cables. Each place for seeing TV has also antenna and data communication sockets. In the rooms, computer network socket by the desk.
