The building is constructed on plate foundation and the bearing walls on the plinth floor are of monolithic concrete and from the 1st floor of concrete small blocks. Intermediary ceilings of prefabricated concrete panels, covered with sound isolation plates and cast with base floor and surface coatings.
On the street side, the façade is covered with timber lining and on the yard side, with rendering. Around the house, drainage and rainwater collection systems have been built.
In external finishing, only pastel tones have been used and only the dark grey roof, balcony barriers and rainwater pipeline look as a contrast to this. All balcony barriers of metal.

Plinth floor monolithic concrete external walls are covered with limestone plates.
Generally used rooms
Staircase hall floors and waist slabs are covered with natural stone plates, external staircases are also covered with natural stone plates. The external staircase of the main entrance is equipped with electric heating. There is also floor heating in the 1st floor staircase hall.
The floors of plinth floor jointly used rooms and storerooms are concrete floors burnished and processed with surface hardener; walls on clean joint are laid of small blocks and painted.
The apartment building has an individual gas boiler plant.
Warm water is also produced by sun panel system generating heat supply on the building’s roof.
All apartments have fully automated water floor heating system, so there are no visible radiators below the windows or in other rooms. Floor heating enables to save also in heating costs and the division of temperature is more even than in case of radiators. Floor heating system ensures automatic regulation of room temperature for each room. All apartments have individual heatmetre that ensures that the heating costs are smaller also in case of a more frugal use.
As installation materials only quality products are used, e.g. sockets and switches from the series of Schneider Electric Sedna products.
Electric hearths have been installed to the apartments that have also saunas.
Passage, security and door parlophone systems
Access to the registered immovable through a foot gate with access system or a car gate with remote control. Each apartment includes as a standard solution access through GSM-module (opened by mobile), distance remote controls are available if wished for. The foot gate has a door parlophone system and the gate and external door can be opened for the guests from the apartments. The exit of the plinth floor facing the yard is equipped with electric lock and a touch sensitive key. The gate and main entrance have video surveillance that can be observed from the apartments’ door parlophone device (internal devices with vide capacity available for an extra fee).
Apartments’ security systems
All apartments have readiness for installation of security devices.
If needed, the installation of security devices can be ordered with a security contract from a cooperation partner at a discounted price.
All apartments have automatic ventilation system with a heat exchanger that can be also separately regulated with analogous or digital controller at the client’s selection.
Ventilation system ensures the inflow of fresh air at room temperature and also outflow. Mechanical ventilation in the kitchen (kitchen air cleaner), readiness for outflow.
Autonomous fire alarm signalisation
An autonomous fire alarm signalisation has been installed to the entire building, monitoring the apartments and generally used rooms (incl the boiler house) transmitting the signal immediately to the security service.
Parking and yard area.
Registered immovable has the total of 9 parking places for private parking in the yard.
Next to the car gate outside of the yard there is 1 parking place on the street side for a guest. The guest parking place is on the registered immovable, i.e. not on town land and thus vehicles that have been parked without permission can be towed.
The entrance road is covered with the so-called “munk stone” cover and parking places with grass stone; park lighting is installed by the parking places and on the pavement.
An apartment association is formed at the residential building, the task of which is solving the maintenance questions of the apartment building and representing the apartment owners’ interests and organising joint activities. Apartment association equips the residential building with necessary services, collects resources for purposeful use for maintaining the welfare of the residential building, but it also organises the daily maintenance of the gas boiler plant at the residential building; the payments to the apartment association are transferred according to the size of the real part of the apartment ownership.
In the apartment dwelling rooms natural parquet with oak veneer.
External doors are timber doors covered with natural oak veneer (locks by Assa or Abloy) and internal doors smooth doors with oak veneer.
Windows on a timber frame, triple-glazed windows, on the plinth floor, windows on plastic frame, taking into account future capacity.
Storeroom doors are smooth doors and plinth floor fire resistant doors and external door are metal doors.
