Washing room and WC
The floor is covered with ordinary size floor plates, walls with tiling, there is a vinyl suspended ceiling. Wall plates’ price 12 eur/m², floor 12 eur/m². In case of a more expensive material, the price difference is added to the material. Mosaic, in case of smaller, thicker plates and plates to be installed diagonally, ca 12 eur/m² is added to the installation price.
The building is constructed on a pile foundation.
External walls and the walls between the apartments are laid of concrete small hollow blocks. The block hollows are reinforced and covered with concrete. Building’s external walls are covered with 20 cm insulation, covered with timber boarding, in the yard area, with rendering. Apartment’s internal walls covered with MP light rendering, full putty and one tone light paint per one room. The intermediary walls between the apartments are with gypsum plasterboard cover. Wallpaper by the purchaser, only primer is needed below it.
Building’s intermediary ceilings are of prefabricated hollow panels that have been finished white.
The residential building has Ruukki sheet gable roof.
Apartments have on the street side two-frame solid wood windows that open toward the inside and on the yard side, one-frame timber windows.
The residential building’s external doors are of timber and insulated. Apartment’s external doors are fire resistant timber doors with oak veneer and glass EI30, equipped with a peephole. Internal doors are smooth timber doors with oak veneer.
Heating and water supply
The building’s heat supply is solved with local gas heating. The apartments have radiator heating. Apartments are equipped with warm and cold water. To all apartments heat cost metres and watermetres for cold and hot water have been installed. Electric floor heating in the washing room and WC. Warm water central.
Ventilation system consists of air valves in windows and walls (freshes) and a mechanical outflow system in wet rooms and kitchen. In kitchens also air cleaners with mechanical outflow.
Apartments have an electricity installation according to the project, on the average, 1 simple switch and 2 plug connectors per room have been installed, in the kitchen –living room 4, considering the standard plans of the apartments. In wet rooms, plug connector, switch behind the door. Two-phase electricity metres in the staircase hall. Apartments have an apartment cabinet. Lighting fittings from the purchaser. All that is included in the electricity project is within the price. Cabling to a group switch.
System is led to the apartments based on Elion fibre optical cable. To the external door of the apartment building a door parlophone has been installed and one internal phone to each apartment for opening the door. Apartment has 2 television and 2 computer and telephone plug connectors considering the standard plan.
Washing room and WC
There is a WC-seat (Gustavsberg or a similar Scandinavian analogue), a sink (Gustavsberg or a similar Scandinavian analogue), a premixed tap (Oras or a similar analogue), a shower corner or a simpler plastic bath (Balteco), a shower tap (Oras or a similar analogue). A sauna can be also built out in 2-room apartments, but for an additional fee.
According to the furbishing plan, trees have been planted and grass as well.
Trees and places
The car entrance road is covered with concrete stones; the car park is covered with grass stone on the parking area, the rest is covered with grey stone parquet, gangways wit concrete stones. There is a children’s playground and a place for waste containers.
The plot is bordered by a 1,5 m wooden fence, a net fence on the sides. A foot gate and a car gate with remote control on the street side.
