Since 1996 Arco Vara has engaged in complex solutions of the sale of real estate development projects. Thus, we have the required experience and expertise in the field. Our project managers engaged in new projects have long-term work experience and they are the best of Arco Vara’s realtors.

For the purpose of improvement of sales we cooperate with all major credit institutions in order to guarantee the best financing conditions for our clients. We also have cooperation agreements with various interior design and furniture companies who help us furnish sample apartments for the purpose of sales promotion.
The representation service rendered to real estate developers includes:
- compilation and implementation of a marketing plan
- customer service from the start till the end (from the first introduction till the notarised sale of the apartment association)
- sending sales materials and introducing the object to those interested
- introducing the sales terms and agreements to those interested
- collection of data for entry into notarised agreements, making appointments with a notary public
- reporting to the owner/developer once a month (a summary of the work performed, current situation; analysis and proposals; feedback - the opinions and comments of those interested)
- registration of potential clients
- if necessary, other activities supporting sales
