Valuation/Appraisal reports issued by Arco Vara are accepted by all Estonian credit institutions.

General discounts (applied to all Arco Vara offices):

10% discount for holders of the Estravel golden card on appraisal of residential space
For appraisals, composed for using BIG, You can pay after receiving the loan (previous approval of BIG bank)

Comments:
The discounts offered in the price list cannot be combined
The discounts offered in the price list are not applicable to annexes prepared for expert assessments

E-appraisals can be issued for submission to Swedbank, SEB, Sampo Pank, Nordea Pank, DnB Pank and BIG
