The building is designed by a valued architectural office KORRUS. The design was based only on the selection of high-quality materials and efficient use of space. Rooms have triple timber with alimunium clad windows. All window frames are concealed with hinges and handles with child lock, ensuring comfort and security. Bathrooms have Villeroy&Boch and Hansgröhe's sanitary equipment and stone bath. The exterior doors of the house and the garage gate are manufactured by the German company HÖRMANN. It is a reputable company throughout Europe.
The exterior doors are made of steel with door leaf and aluminium handles. The doors guarantee a good thermal insulation and safety. Interior doors with high noise insulation are manufactured by Haapsalu Door Factory.
Easy to maintain and high-quality materials have been selected for the exterior finishing. Washable silicone plaster Caparol, cement fibreboard EQUITONE PICTURA, natural stone and best thermowood on the market THERMORY has been used.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor there is a garage for two cars, utility rooms, a hallway, a study, a lounge, a toilet, a design steam and wood sauna and an open-plan kitchen and living room. The living room has a design fireplace and a 3 metre wide parallel sliding door that opens onto a 96 m² glazed terrace to add exclusivity. Total ground floor area is 140 m² + garage 43,9 m² + terrace 96 m².
SECOND FLOOR
